3 ADHD Enhanced Holistic Assessment – Online (includes
online assessment, collateral history from informant, Qb Check test if required, diagnosis, and written report)		 £900
4 ADHD Follow-Up Appointment
First follow up appointment (which requires review of medical history, blood test results submitted, discussion of medication options)		 £265
5 Repeat Prescription
(if issued outside a follow-up appointment)		 £80 per month

6 Adult Autism assessment (please note full Autism assessment is a very detailed and comprehensive process involving-

  • ADI-R and ADOS if required. We only be able to offer Autism assessment if there is an informant who can provide valuable information)
