What We do

We provide diagnosis and treatment for Mental health conditions in adults. We may sometimes accept the referrals for 17 years old but prior discussion is needed.

1. Adult ADHD assessment-Our Adult ADHD

Assessment provides a thorough evaluation to identify ADHD symptoms and their impact on your daily life. This assessment involves interviews, standardized questionnaires, and discussions about your history. Our goal is to pinpoint specific challenges you may be facing, providing a clear understanding of how ADHD may be affecting your relationships, work, and overall well-being. After the assessment, you will receive full report to say whether you have ADHD or not,  and actionable recommendations to help you move forward.

2. Enhanced and holistic  ADHD Assessment

Our Enhanced ADHD Assessment offers a thorough and personalized approach to understanding adult ADHD. This in-depth evaluation includes a combination of detailed interviews, comprehensive questionnaires, and where necessary standardized tests designed (like QBCheck test), develop good understanding of co-occurring conditions, and their impact on various aspects of life, including work, relationships, and daily functioning.

In addition to assessing ADHD symptoms, our team takes the time to explore your medical history to identify comorbid conditions, lifestyle factors, and any relevant psychological concerns. We also incorporate input from family members or significant others, when appropriate, to provide a well-rounded perspective.

After the assessment, you will receive a detailed report summarizing the findings, along with tailored recommendations for treatment options and coping strategies. This holistic approach empowers you with the insights needed to navigate challenges and enhance your overall quality of life. This assessment takes longer than our standard assessment times.

3. Adult Autism Assessment

Our Adult Autism Assessment is designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation for individuals seeking a better understanding of their neurodiversity.This assessment includes detailed interviews, standardized questionnaires, using ADOS and ADI-R as necessary to identify autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their impact on daily functioning. We take a holistic approach, considering factors such as sensory sensitivities, social communication skills, and behavioural patterns.Please note informant history from a close relative is essential for us to offer this assessment.

4. Adult General Mental Health Assessment

An Adult General Mental Health Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation conducted by a psychiatrist. This process helps identify any underlying mental health conditions or contributing factors to mental distress. We will offer diagnosis and treatment for Depression, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder and Psychosis.
