If cancel more than 72 hours notice appointment can be arranged depending on availability at no extra cost. If cancel with in 48 hours of the appointment you will receive 75 percent of fees, less than 24 hours 50 percent of fees and less than 4 hours or did not turn up for appointment (clinician will wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled time unless prearranged for the delay start) no refund.
